Mission
Designed and built a comprehensive hospital management system to streamline and digitize clinical, administrative, and financial workflows for large healthcare institutions. The goal was to give medical staff, administrators, and patients a unified platform for all needs—scheduling appointments, managing inpatient/outpatient processes, configuring services/packages, billing, and medicine management—empowering seamless, secure, and scalable hospital operations backed by a robust web technology stack.
Challenge
Faced with the need for a modular, scalable solution capable of handling thousands of patient and staff interactions daily, we implemented Express.js on the server for secure RESTful APIs, React for an intuitive user experience, and MongoDB for flexible, high-availability data storage. The platform supports self-service appointment scheduling, task management for service and package configuration, real-time invoicing and billing, and comprehensive management modules for OPD, IPD, and pharmacy. Integration of these modules in a single source of truth improved efficiency, data integrity, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
